Ulrich Medical, a German medical device manufacturer, and Bracco Imaging have formed a strategic cooperation agreement. This agreement will see Bracco distributing an MRI contrast media injector in the U.S. as soon as it becomes commercially available.
With the finalization of the distribution agreement, Ulrich Medical has submitted a premarket 510(k) notification for syringe-free MRI injector to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
